Graduate Contaminated Land Scientist

Becki is a Graduate Contaminated Land Scientist, who joined WWLA in November 2023, after working as a Summer Intern with the company since 2021.

Becki graduated from the University of Auckland with a Bachelor of Science majoring in Earth Science (Geology) in November 2023.

Becki is a diligent and hard worker who takes initiative and is a bubbly and enthusiastic part of the contaminated land team. She is proficient in hand augering and using GIS software, and is working on developing her report-writing skills.

In her limited spare time, Becki is always horsing around! She is a competitive Dressage rider who has represented the North Island in Inter-Island challenges and New Zealand in the NZ/AUS challenge at the Young Rider National Dressage Championships. Outside of work, university and equestrian pursuits, Becki enjoys training at the gym, reading, painting, listening to music, outdoor adventures including hiking and surfing, and consuming an unhealthy amount of caffeine!
